The highest policy-making body of the Association.
The National Council is responsible for formulating policies, providing strategic oversight, and guiding the affairs of MAN in line with its vision and mission.
The Council comprises representatives from branches, sectoral groups, multinational companies, small and medium industries, large corporations, specialized groups, and other recognized structures within the Association.
It works with the President, the Executive Committee, strategic committees, and the Secretariat to ensure that MAN's decisions reflect the needs of manufacturers across Nigeria.

The President
The President is the highest elected officer of the Association and provides overall leadership and strategic direction for MAN's objectives.
Director General and Secretariat
The Director General serves as Secretary to the National Council and Chief Executive of the Secretariat, overseeing administration and policy implementation.
Executive and Strategic Committees
Committees support Council decisions and provide expert guidance on policy development, stakeholder engagement, and competitiveness.
